I didn't like DS9 very much...And Enterprise was, unsurprisingly, a step back for the series (I think they should have went further into the future in the 31~32 century when they were all messing with time travel...now THAT'S the final frontier, baby!)...Everything else was more or less great. I've always been more of a Trekkie than a Warsie and think that on the whole, the Treks outweigh the Wars in a good/bad ratio...Heck, I like more of the Trek movies than I like of the Wars...though most everyone only likes about half of either series' movies, I guess...>_>
I hope they revive the series for television sometime after the new movie comes out...
