I went to a competition in Cheyenne, Wyoming a bit of a ways back and participated in a film competition. The competition was to make a 7 minute movie in 24 hours. It was a ton of fun, and apparently they do these all over the place. If you get the opportunity to go ever I would suggest doing so.
