As a kid, what were your favorite childhood cartoons??

My favorites were always:

#1 -Sailor Moon- Yes, sailor moon....I loved it..

#2-Power Rangers- the original ones!

-Nick Jr./Nick- almost everything on Nick Jr, Little Bear,Franklin,Rugrats,Doug, Rocckos Modern Life, I think it was called...AHH!! Real Monsters,others,Goosebumps,Are You Afraid Of The Dark?? used to scare the crap out of me..! and a lot more i'll probably never remember...

Oh Childhood cartoons where have you gone...
I watched these cartoons so much... just remembering them britens my day
1. Pokemon
This was my favorite cartoon... Probably only cuz I liked the games so much but... nevertheless I loved it
2. Digimon
This show... Oh it brings back memories... I started collecting the games cuz I loved the shows so much
3. Sailor Moon
This one the only thing that I really remember was the theme song... it was so catchy, I never lost it... I remembered it in the middle of a test once it caught my attention so much I forgot about the test and failed it...
4. Animaniacs
This show was the funniest one on at the time... And for the longest time I couldn't remember the name, what a great show...
5. Teenage Mutant Ninja turtles
Who didn't like this show... it has Giant turtles that know martial arts and eat pizza what better role modles could you find??

1.Betty Boop-I wasn't alive when the originals came out,but my mom has all the cartoons.
2.Tom and Jerry-classic show
3.Ed,Edd,and Eddy-I still watch this show
4.Powerpuff Girls-I have no clue why I liked this show.
5.Teletubbies-Plz don't laugh,my family wanted to be educated so they thought Teletubbies,Barney,and Sesame Street would help.Weird thing is,I am terrified of Teletubbies.(go ahead and laugh)
6.Lizzie Mquire-I don' know if I spelled it right,but I used to watch this show for hours and hours.
-I can't remeber the rest,but there are more,unfortnately.
Edit-Oh yeah and Inuyasha.My fav(and always will be)tv show.I was fascinated by the lights and yelling of "Tetsigua!"

Last time I checked these were anime, I guess I might be wrong. My favorite cartoons were:

- Johny Bravo
- Dexter's Laboratory
- Ed, Edd n Eddy
- Freakazoid
- Mighty Max

As for anime:

- Dragonball
- Captain Tsubasa (the old one)
- Candy Candy

there were many more but I cant remember. And I really can't understand why so many people mention anime series as cartoons.

1) The Moomins - Use to watch it all the time as a kid never gets old
2) Zap - Not a cartoon but i had to mention it Remember coming home from school and putting this on great show shoudn't have got rid off it

3) Noah's island - Loved Noah's island the best character was Sacha the Mole type animal that always said "Hoyski Poyski".

Here's some of my favorite shows as a child:

David the Gnome: It was about a little gnome named David (obviously) who went around helping out humans and woodland creatures.

Eureeka's Castle: This really wasn't a cartoon, but it had puppets. It was kind of like Sesame Street in a way.

Care Bears: I don't think I need to explain what Care Bears are, so I won't.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: I was a child when these guys were at thier peak of popularity. I also have three brothers. So of course I watched this show!

The Simpsons: Yep, I watched the Simpsons when I was little. I still did even when I got older. Not so much anymore.

Captain Planet: It seems that my childhood shows were hell-bent on teaching us kids to respect the environment. Captain Planet of course being the most well-known of these shows. I still watched it.

Pirates of Dark Water: It's about a young prince who goes around a fantasy world looking for magic rocks to defeat the dark water that is taking over the planet.

There are a bunch of others, but then this post would be hella-long if I listed ALL the shows I grew up on.

Thundercats. Nothing even came close, that was one of the best cartoons ever to grace life

Dungeons and dragons...they never DID make it back. I always remember fancying Peter...haha silly child I was

Those 2 were probably my favourites, then there was raggy Dolls, Mr Ben, BagPuss

Ooh, although not strictly a cartoon, before any of the above mentioned there was Button Moon. I LOVED Button Moon - while I was still pre school...oh and Thomas the Tank Engine. Mother says I was obsessed with it, andI DO have a fondness of trains...must be a lingering childhood memory xD

My favorite shows were
Dragon Ball Z- I watched this everyday.
Sailor Moon- even as a guy, I loved this show. Something about it amazed me---probably the cute girls.
Tenchi Muyo!- This was another awsome one. I still remember the final battle with the crystal sword.
Yu-Yu-Hakusho!-This one was epic. Yusuke, Kuwabara, Kurama and the 4th guy were hilarious as a team.
Yu-Gi-Oh!-The millenium island was the best part ever. Joey was hilarious.

I used to watch a lot of different cartoons when I was younger,but these were my favorite.

2.Pokemon(The original series)
3.Dragon Ball Z
4.Dragon Ball

I still watch every last one of these.However the DBZ and DB have turned into the uncut versions.

I liked poke'mon. That show was great until they came out with all these new one's. Why do they have to make things so much more complicated when it is loved being simple? Anyway, I liked all the ACME cartoons. Bugs bunny and road runner were killer. Oh the good old days.
