I will be using a caracter called Serj
Serj's broadsword made a slight jingle everytime he took a step. This did not matter becase no one could hear it. "Who woulkd be out here" he chuckled to himself. The frozen desert wasn't the most welcoming place but it gave him the solitude he wanted. He would be up here for hours on end. Today would be very different indeed.
OOC: I'll use Erika
Sand whipped around her, twisting, swirling, obscuring much from sight. It was in many ways akin to the astral plane, and the closest she could come to thinking she had never left. She sighed, nostalgia really wasn't going to do her any good.
'Forget paradise' she lifted lancier into the air.
'Paradise is lost' She focused energy into the shimmering weapon
'All that is left' She drew lancier close and kissed the blade
'Is hell' She stabbed it into the dune.
Sand and light erupted around her feet as it was forced away from her in an ever widening circle of calm. Erika withdrew lancier and looked at the now still scape of the desert. She wiped the long blade with a ragged piece of cloth muttering darkly to herself.
"Stupid, stupid, stupid. I'm over doing it, too much power. I'm not as strong as I used to be, I can't waste my energy so frivolously." She sheathed lancier, it becoming no more than a hilt that she hung from her belt
"Why am I even here? I know I left the western kingdoms because they reminded me of my loss but... but why here? Of all the places I could have ended up it had to be in this stupid desert" Erika kicked the ground angrily
"And it would have been embaresing if anyone had seen that. I might have been striped of my wings but I'm still an angel, we have standards" It was then that she noticed the human shaped shadow lying next to hers, she slowly clenched her fists. Today was not going to be a good day.

Serj could easily see the outline of a woman about 20 metres away on the barren wasteland. He slowly started walking towards this woman hoping that he could gain so entertainment for crushing her. As he walked he noticed that she just shattered a sand dune with a massive lance.
"This could prove to be entertaining yet" he said his voice at a whisper.
As she sheathed her lance. He was directly behind her. He saw her fists clench and he took this opertunity and slammed a heavy knee into her chest sending her into the air then with on eswift movement caught her on the of his fot and slammed her about half a meter into the sand.
He laughed to himself out loud.
"hello, want to die?" he asked with mock innocence.
He moved to attack.

Erika felt the blows connect and lay bemused in the sand. She raised a hand and daintily drew a glyph of protection. It hovered glowing brightly in the air before fading out of sight. Erika stretched out her arms and legs. she was testing him, how easy he was to provoke, if he'd lose his head and charge. She had the advantage, glyph magic was used only by angels and demons. Erika rose to her feet, he would attack eventually, he had after all been circling in for the attack for some time now. She raised a finger and pressed it against her hidden glyph, it reappeared shining brightly. She started to tap at the glyph staring intently at the man, the flickering light flashing off her eyes. To the man it would look like she was playing him for a fool, but the reality was far different. She had made a double glyph, hidden another in the nexus of the protection glyph. She had drawn it a dot at a time slowly building it up while deceiving the foe. It was a fire glyph, coupled with protection it would block and burn.
"let's see him try to kick me now."
OCC: Oh Sorry forgot about that bit
With the summoning of the glyph Serj felt a small tingle around his right eye. Only glypohs could be summoned by angel and demons.
"Pah you think that glyph will protect you, try this for taste,"
He drew a small dagger from his waist and took it where he felt the tingle in his eye. He drew a long slit underneath his eye. From this cut a large amount of blood poured from this cut. But the blood had purple tinge to it. He scooped some on his blood on his middle and index fingers held them into the air. In one great fluid motion he drew his broadsword single handedly and drew a long lie of blood up the sword. The blood inginted.He thrust the sword into the frozen sand creating a blinding flash and wave of heat.
After the implosion his top had been removed and over his torso, neck and face was a giant glyph burnt into his body. The surronding area was encirled by a wall of purple fame with a diameter of about half a mile. The sand itself was beging to defrost so there was a small coating of water slicken across the dunes.
Laughing Demonicly he roared "You may be an angel but i am one too, just discarded, i was the reaper of souls harvester of life, let me be you liberator. Welcome, to the afterlife,"
He dropped his broadsword in favour of his own weapons, flesh. His Flesh. His eye was still bleeding form the cut but it was only a dripple now.
he moved in for the kill. He reached for her head. BOOM
Erika shook her head, disgusted by the death angels stupidity. He was an angel and knew glyphs, surely he didn't take her for some amateur. A counter tactic was common for angels and he should have been more wary of a foe confident enough to mock him while lying down. The boy obviously needed something more obvious, with great regret she removed the heavy desert cloak and let it fall to the ground. The armour glinted in the harsh sunlight but was unmistakable none the less, every angel knows the armour of a seraphim. Erika smiled sweetly and gave a little curtsy, sarcasm though was almost defiantly lost on this brute. She grasped lancier and drew it up to her face, the blade manifesting in a shower of brilliant blue sparks. She levelled it one handed at her foe
"Begin"
The blood from his eye had stemed and stopped bleeding. His mind was irrational and reckless but in advantage he was very sharp and would attack at every possible moment.
Even though he was beserking he still was slightley smalle than her which seemed daunting. But he lunged at her with a firey fist aimed squarely at her chest.
With a flick of her hand Erika removed her sigils, she didn't know how deep he was into his berserker fit but even if he was fighting on instinct alone this should confuse him. She felt the blow connect, the stabilizing sigils carved into her greaves activating absorbing the shock of the blow, and the hollow feeling as her power was used. The man still stood, arm rigid, fist on steel. She smiled, shock had broken through his berserk shell. She didn't have long before he sunk back down into his fit, but that alone was more than enough.
Gold light burst forth from her armour, every carved sigil releasing at once. Too many to count, too many to see, but every one burning in their own brilliant light. The dead weight metal on her back began to rise exposing perfectly crafted holes, and there you could see the scars, the scars from when her wings were torn from her and she was cast down from heaven. But now golden light pulsated from those old wounds, spreading out, filling the rising metal, the armour of her wings. There was a final burst of power, throwing up sand and flying outwards as a devastating shock wave.
Her back was arched, her feet lifted from the ground. She hung there frozen in that moment, suspended at the heart of the vortex. The wings of light formed raised high like those of a striking eagle.
Erika landed lightly on her feet, the power she was using was absurd, unnecessary. The repercussions of this bout would stay with her for months , but this man called himself an angel. This disgrace of a man, this pitiful man. He would be shown a true angel, the power of divine destruction. She propelled herself across the sand, skimming over it as if it weren't there. Half flight, half sprint. With a speed few could perceive and fewer still could match. Lancier swung through the air singing a deathly whistle of quickly filling emptiness. It danced, a myriad of unseen slashes. From each a burning beam of power that sped towards the target. But she kept moving, circling round to the man's back. Speeding forward, lancier held steady, aimed to skewer the man where he stood. The beam like slashes of energy were barely half way to their target.
The beams tore through his body and and as if time itself had majestically stopped he saw what he had become, he saw teh pain he had caused and the torture he had inflicted on so many. Before th angel even touched him he felt an immense pressure on his chest. He could feel teh weoght of death on him now and he welcomed it. The lance tore through his body but no blood came from his body. Just water. Crystallising sparkling water. his regin of blood and pain had ended with a waterfall of love and care.
