Windows Live Messenger... not working?

I've been trying to contact TFF chatters, and recently my WLM won't let me send IMs. Instead the message: :The following message could not be delivered to all recipients." keeps on popping up. Any suggestions/tips?

Have you tried restarting your computer?
You could always update it and maybe the problem with go away... lol..

Restarting the computer usually fixes this problem. MSN can be a little snobbish at times, at least in my experience. This can also happen when you're doing something that takes up a lot of internet bandwidth. MSN Messenger needs a bit of bandwidth to send messages.

If you are using any kind of programs that uses the proxy turned it off...other, I dunno.
