However, I'll try and grab a picture of my SH's and me. In fact, do you mind if I save that picture of you and add it to my website at a later date? I figure if our websites are connected, it wouldn't be a big deal.

A SH-cult website sounds awesome! Actually the maria side quest only takes about 15 minutes to complete.. unless you are really really lost. I would help with this walk-through but i don't own SH4. Once you start 1 or 2 I'll help.

It's cool, Sevion. I imagine we'll probably just cycle backwards through the series (I'm just guessing). I'm going to work on the walkthrough a bit more today after I do some Christmas shopping with my girlfriend.

When I get back, I'll wrap up Subway World and see how much further I want to go. Playing the game is one thing, but playing, pausing and then typing out every move that you make is another. My completion time is going to be horrible!

Speaking of PSP, I can post the easter eggs that are in the DVD somewhere, too. I'm not sure if we can do that at Gamefaqs, though. Who knows. It wouldn't take long to do anyhow.

As for SHO, I'm not sure when it comes out. I've heard that it was supposed to come out in February, but I haven't seen an exact date.

I've been a little curious about "Dying Inside", the Silent Hill comics. I could have read them on Silent Hill Experience, but I've much rather just own them. I'm not sure where to find them and I'm not 100% fond of the artwork, so it'd mainly just be for the story.

Hopefully they're easy to find and not incredibly expensive.

Last I checked, they weren't that expensive, and some of them come in packs of all the comics. Maybe you should take a look there.

I want to have them as well... The artwork does look a little strange. It's like... realistic, but also a little weird...

On the other hand, I could buy a PSP and check out my exp disc... I just wish I had some damn money. I'll get there in the end.

I checked out your journal, and yeah, I'd be happy to run through Silent Hill 4 when the walkthrough is done and see if it gets one through theg ame. I'm pretty sure it will, though.

I can spend a few hours of my life on The Room, so no worries there.

I also think Sevion would use it, so we'd get two opinions!

That'd be cool. I'll probably run through it myself using strictly the guide. It won't be for awhile, though. You guys will have to take notes of weak sections in the walkthrough so we can tighten them up.

I wouldn't mind letting you write about the weaponry in the game, but that might take too long for you to want to do.

Either of those is fine, or both if you're REALLY enthused about it. It's really up to you, but those are the suggestions I have for now.

But yeah, it was done quite well, the sets looked very good and they made a good job of switching it over. The the costumes looked good and is it just me or am I the only 1 turned on by the nurses

Only thing that kind of bothered me was the ending with that christian cult, too many people and it took away from the SH atmosphere. I might write a review later.

Well kind of man, I kind of found Solitude to be a part of the series so seeing many people kind of made it look off. Though it did look awesome with all that wire stuff going around especially when it goes through that ladies legs.

GOD!!! I still have no power at my house, I am at a friends house, they are in the same neighborhood and HE has power!!! Anyway for the sake of non-spamming I played SH2 with the help of my generator. I only got to the second apartment before the generator died. It should be back one soon and i can play once more.

The storm here on the coast was crazy, rain was hitting the window at like a 180 degree angle, hopefully we won't have anymore of those this year.

Anything you want me to do? I can do probably anything you ask, since I throughly played the game. I could explain what happens in all the endings at a spoiler at the end of the walkthrough if you want. Or not, it's up to you, too.

I was thinking about the endings today, actually. What we can do is have you write the endings as well as how you can get them. I'll write the walkthrough pretty much standard and we'll go through and make notes about certain endings when you do certain actions.

Also, have you heard on wiki, Alucard? Apparently, there's a chance that Silent Hill 5 starts off in a mental hospital (which it says it's possible Brookhaven!)

I've hard of wiki. I'll have to check that out for SH5 stuff. Hopefully it does start off in a mental institution...and then wind up in Silent Hill itself. I've also read that the game was supposed to be "a sunny environment gone wrong". One of the head guys at Konami said that.

I've also read (in one place) that it might come out for PS2 as well as the next gen consoles. This completely goes against what's been said already, though, so I'm not sure how true that is. Hopefully it is true, though.

I really didn't like the first scenes of Silent Hill Origins as far as the battle and monsters go. The environment was absolutely astounding as usual, but the way they're doing battle is making it seem like Resi. The monsters look like zombies, not you're interesting, in-depth psychoanalysis gone wrong Silent Hill monster.


EDIT: by the way, has anyone seen http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oMw5D5wi_a0 yet? It rekindled my faith in SH5.

I'll check those out after I reply, because I want to see them. As for SHO, I don't think it looks all that bad, really. I mean, I watched a nice, long runthrough of a few parts of the game and it didn't look too bad.

Plus, they can still change things at this point, so nothing that we've seen is actually solid. It could all be different when we actually get to hold it in our hands.
