I suppose if he would like to issue a challenge... I would only be honored to accept. As to when I can accept... probably sometime in the future. I'am going to try to narrow myself to a max of two RP storys or battles, or a mix of the two. Three at once can get a little confusing... even aggrovating.
Fully understandable. There is no cause to overstreatch ones-self, especially when ones time is limited. Besides, I think we ought to give our guests our full attention...that is what a good host would do.

Eh well. We are close to announcing the new Godhand member...merely a few finishing touches remain.
There's two of them and yet neither one has yet to post in the battle that *THEY* issued the challenge for. This is truely pathetic. If this continues to be unposted by this Friday, I'm not going to be participating in it as I don't have the time or need to wait for a week plus for someone to do something they began.
All I have is time. I care not for when they decide to post... so as long as they do post. Although they were the ones to issue the challenge... I really cant complain, but then again... it would be nice to see a post before Friday.Quote:

I posted in the BoD thread about Cthulhu giving the challenge then ditching the battle. Politely even. I'd do the same for SoM but they don't seem serious enough. Hopefully someone with rank within BoD will either replace Cthulhu, chastize him, or something.Quote:

Well Loverboy or whatever the hell you want to call yourself... if you really feel that Tainted Mage, or I suck so bad... how about you accept a challenge from myself and back up what you speak. All this hype has given me quite the need for some action on my behalf.

A lone, solitary figure walks along a thin dusty path in the gathering dusk. A path he remembers walking before, and knows he will walk again. He stops at an intersection, and ponders the paths before him. Every night he stops here, every night he wonders what might happen if he walks the other path. Something inside him calls out, drawing him to the unknown path. Tonight, he decides, is the night.
It is now dark, the path leads through a great forest where the very trees seem alive, and full of dark intentions. But he walks on, unafraid. The path turns, leading into a small clearing. He stops, a feeling of certainty growing inside him, and draws his sword. The blade glitters coldy in the starlight. A noise from behind makes him whirl around, sword at the ready. But it is only a rabbit, moving in the undergrowth. Shaking it off, he turns around once more, and walks to the centre of the clearing.
There is a click, and a door opens in the air, a stone room evident beyond it. He swallows, and presses forward, not knowing what draws him on. Wanting to know what calls him, and why. He steps though the doorway, and is gone.

I wasn't quite sure what you meant by "include a sample of 'RP'", so I had to go with this.
I come seeking permmission to join the 'club' known as The Masters. I am familiar with your terms and conditions, and understand that to fully qualify for membership I must partake in combat with a current member and be judged as worthy.
*shrug* really I was looking forward to Cthulhu fighting. Been wanting to see Belle's style since I heard Belle was supposed to be good. Never really heard anything about a 'lover boy'...from what I've seen of his behavior, I'm not impressed.
Still, as I said before, if no one posts by friday then the battle will be ruled a victory by default in favor of the Masters...
Strange though, I could've SWORN Cthulhu said they'd only be gone over the weekend. Well if Cthulhu shows up later and still wants a fight maybe we can arrange a one on one and forget about the dishonorable lover of boys.

Well Nyar... that surely does look better than most of what I have seen here. If it is decided that you are to join amongst our ranks, than I would ask a favor of you, BUT.... only if you are accepted. Which by the look of things might be very possible. Good Luck!

Please, people, you wouldn't want random members of other clubs coming in here and posting everytime they have something to say to one of us, don't do it to anyone else. Certainly, LB was rash in his statement, but you gave him open oppertunity to be a sarcy sod - where you really under the dillusion he would act in some other fashion? I doubt it. If you have a problem with someone not postings please make sure you have tried every possible method in private first, in this case I'm pretty sure Cthulhu already stated they would be away for a time and, it would apear, certain others could have told you what was going on as well.

As for the two vs. two battle. It's current status has changed. Griffith has taken the place of LoverBoy, so... I'll be posting up my reply soon. I will most likely thank Griffith for taking his place since LoverBoy seemed to have no desire in posting. I truly hope this battle will ba great one. Griffith seems like the talented RPer and for this... I'am glad.
Well its not as if loverboy can fight anyways. this will be MUCH more interesting. I shall watch with relish. Try not to lose conmtrol too much gentlemen, though I'm sure you'll be sorely tempted.

...Zelly, I've said it before babe, read the first post, right? It says you need to submit a sample of RP. Until you do that, I'm sorry, but I don't see any reason to acknowledge your presence much less pm you.
You want to fight a member of the Masters and show what you've got, I've no problem with that. Just follow the rules...its fairly simple.
Made my post in the battle, both of them actually. If anyone would like to comment, or point out any percieved errors om my part, I'd love to hear through PM.

By the way... a nice foour day weekend for me over here. Started it off with some X-Men 3 and I must say... not bad at all. People were out of their chairs clapping their hands, and the sheer enjoyment of the movie alone was enough to have me do so as well, but... I refrained. The previews were quite something also. Saw previews for 'Ghost Rider' and 'Snakes on a Plane' that's right... Snakes on a mo' fuc**n Plane. Fo' reelz. ^_~
