Ok, I figured something was up. I initially logged into "existingdark" (which did not require a new registration, oddly enough) but had ended up with a very low postcount and everything as if I had just re-registered.

I wonder if there's any sort of work-around for this. I'd prefer the other username, but keep my user data.

Just have the mods delete the exsistingdark account and have your username changed to exsistingdark and wham boom bibbidy bob, you've got your account fixed.
