A protein idea that I've just started incorporating is peanut flour. Fewer calories than peanut butter, and more protein. It tastes yummy in smoothies and in yogurt (which is all I've used it for so far), and I'm gonna make some peanut sauce with it soon and I'm pretty excited.

Also I bought an Olympic bench with a bar and plates off of Craigslist last week. Home gym. <3

I'm down five or six pounds in two days, but I know the front end is crazy effective because it's the water weight that goes first.

The thing is is that carbs are stored as fat if theyre not used, so why eat them at all? For muscle gain its paramount of importance, but if you jsut want to lose weight, carbs are BAD, i dont give a flying **** what anyone else says, because It worked for me and many other of my friends who handle ketosis diets on regular intervals. The water weight thing is not something I buy into essentially, because you are never gonna stop drinking water and water retention actually comes from sodium, which you would probably be getting actually more than usual from your increased intake of meats. The weight you're losing will be what I call the 'outer fat' (purely broscience here) but its common knowledge that the less fat you have, the harder it is to get rid of. Keep it up man!
