Some people call it a day of rainbows and butterflies. Some call it a time to get out of the proverbial doghouse. Others call it a SAD (Single Awareness Day). Regardless, it is upon us today!

What are you sexy people doing for it? I have to work (like what I'm doing right now rofl), and after that I'll probably go home and eat leftovers. Basically the same stuff I do everyday. I don't have anyone to share the love with Oh well just another reason to spoil myself on chocolate and netflix movies haha.

Yeah, it's pretty much just another day for me as well. I wished my family a happy Valentine's day, but that's about it. Other than that, I really have no plans. I really need to organize my iTunes library though. I suppose I could do that today.

Oh, and Happy Valentine's Day TFF! Hopefully, no one got stuck with any of those nasty chalk tasting candy hearts, unless you like them. In that case, more power to you.

I had a good time... and proud to say I spent only $37 at the bar. Woo some friends just bringing in a bottle of Van Vodka in their water bottle.

Just spending it the same way I spend all my days off: lounging around the house doing nothing of consequence. Been on the computer all morning though so I think I'll take a break and read for the afternoon. Maybe a movie later, haven't decided yet. Seeing the trailer for Iron Man 2 in the theater the other day did make me want to watch the first one again.

I love Valentines Day. I got chocolate covered strawberries at the grocery store yesterday. I ate ALL OF THEM. (I'm skinny right now, I can indulge). And why not celebrate love, even if you're not involved at the moment? I have been in love and it's the ****in shit. So I'm celebrating, in my way.

Tonight, I'm gonna do homework. I have to. And have a delicious salad or something. I bought a lot of blue cheese yesterday, so the salads are ON for this week. My dad sent me Godiva for the holiday (he sends us chocolate every year), lots of truffles. I won't eat all of them tonight, but maybe 2 or 3 and some white wine or a black tea. My dad is the coolest. My dad and my Gatsby dog... two very reliable males in my life who I can celebrate V-Day with.

It's my first Valentines Day that I'm actually with someone. But to tell you the truth... it just feels like any other day. xD

Why dedicate just one day a year for all the lovely-dovey, romantic stuff? Keep the magic alive everyday, whether you're single or not. You don't need someone to share a box of chocolates and a bottle of wine, and if you're in a couple, why share only once a year?

I worked Valentine's Day. How lame, I know. But my SO lives in a different country anyway so I couldn't do too much. I LOVE Valentine's Day though and I love doing all the cliche things like going out to dinner, doing romantic things during the day, giving gifts.
Of course you should do that kind of thing every day though =]

Nothing too out of the ordinary, just as usual day. Went for a swim in the morning, then spent the normal three hours in the gym and now watching the Daytona 500...which has taken forever today.

Eventually, maybe, I'll do some reading and homework...but that's a big maybe today.

I....don't see it. People came in today asking what we're doing. I'm single anyway but even people who aren't there isn't anything going on. It's just a goofy holiday, like Saint Patrick's.

A guy I work with who's in the middle of a divorce his wife left him last year on Valentines Day which that's ****ing hilarious to me. He was saying how he's getting blind drunk and wants to be left alone. Even though his marriage was dead long before then. If you hate the holiday cause you're single, then stop being a *****. If you like it great. It's not my cup of tea but whatever works for you.

There's a difference between St. Patty's and Valentines day though. When you drink on Valentines day it's because you're depressed you're single. When you drink on St. Patty's, it's all about celebrating Irish heritage and because it's the one day a year when it's ok to be blitzed at 10am.
