So I have learned that I have a stalker. Lmao. She texts too often, fb messages me, and does the whole "xoxoxo" bs. Lol. My qustion is, have any of you had a stalker before?

The only person that comes to my mind that did any sort of stalker behavior was an old boyfriend of mine. After we broke up, he got kind of weird. I'd rather not go into too much detail, but I'll mention one thing: On the first Valentine's Day after we broke up, he fastened a plastic bag that had a box of chocolate and a card inside to the door of my car. My friend was with me, and I gave the chocolate to her and I threw the card in the trash.

Other than that, I don't think I ever had a stalker, and I don't want one either.

I don't know if I had a stalker, but I had a very strange occurrence like ten years ago when I was still in high school. It was a Sunday and I gotten my laptop pretty recently I think. I went online and turned on AIM, though I think it was just automatic. But I got a random IM from some stranger. Curiosity got the better of me and so I accepted the IM, this was before TFF where I get random IMs, but they're a members from here. So I had no idea who the person was.

The problem was that the person knew exactly who I was. I even tested them on a few things to see if it was really me that they were thinking. Because they were going about saying that they loved me and stuff. And I'm like you've got the wrong person. But everything that said about me was accurate. So it was really freaking me out.

It got worse when I was just being polite and they were asking if I loved them back. And I'm telling them I don't even know who they were. They ended up getting pretty upset about that so I compromised and agreed that I probably at least liked them just so that they would calm down. After a little bit of that they just left and told me never to IM. Leaving me a little stunned since they found me. Never heard from them again.

It was the first person ever IM saying that they were horny thinking about me. It was really creepy.

So does one IM count as a stalker?

I had a stalker in high school. I had sex with her, took her virginity. Then for the next five months she wouldn't leave me alone. She would call over, and ovre again. She sent me about 200 text in one day. It started to get to ridiculous. When we did it I was under the impression that we both just wanted sex, but oh no she wanted commitment, and a few years ago that wasn't me...This problem was easily solved by a restraining order..Hasn't been broken yet...

I've never been in a stalker situation, really. But I see it happening all the time, its especially popular in movies. Of course, those are epic, and getting stalked for real is annoying. I can imagine the constant messaging of:

"I LUV UUUUUUUUUUU!!!!!!"

Or...

"I know where you live... and I love you..."

Or even...

"I like pie. Do you?"

Okay, the last two are a little less heard of, but I swear they're legit! (Mostly...) But if I ever get stalked with the creepy "Have you checked... the children...?" type message, I know what I'll say...

RL stalkers suck, because most of the time they are dense ugly men/women that can't figure it out that you are not that into them.

I had one back in the middle of summer this year, it was really annoying. She was like this 22 year old girl that recently graduated college and worked up where I was. I thought she was a little eccentric but that she meant well, and I was kind in return because she had a rough year with her family (her mom passed away with cancer that Febuary). Anywho, after graduating, during that July she was in the middle of moving to a new town a couple of hours away so she could begin her teaching job. Like the last two weeks of work was when I noticed something was up, like she would go out of her way to make conversation with me, she would interrupt me having a conversation with other people to say hi, etc. I wouldn't even mind if she was hot, but she wasn't. She had this hairstyle that made her look like she was 40.

So the last day rolls around, and she asks for my phone number and a hug, and I gave her both because I'm awesome. (she could of got my # from off the staff list, but I saved her the trouble) She leaves and not an hour later while I'm still working, she's sending me texts asking how my day was going, whats up, etc. It's like she was checking up on me every couple of hours. I already have a mom so I was all like "no need to monitor me lol" but she didn't even get it.

So this goes on for multiple weeks where I'm getting like 30 texts from her a day every single day. I'm trying to be nice and all but its not working out. I've tried to tell her that I'm not interested in her but she can't understand. I had a female friend tell her off and it was unsuccessful. So I eventually ignored her texts/calls and she got the picture. Yeah it's not the nicest way but it was the only option I had left at the time. Try ignoring her and see if she gets it.

I used to have a stalker, in between high school and college. She was a year below me and absolutely obsessed with me. She would text me at all random hours of the night asking me whats up and if I could hang out. She would also show up to my house at unexpected times, just to see if I was around. It got to the point where she would show up when I wasn't around, and she would argue with my mom over if I was home or not.

It got to the point where my buddies and I thought that we might have to fake my death to get out of it. I wish I was kidding.

I would constantly tell her I wasn't interested and it just wouldn't sink in. I even had her best friend try and tell her, cause she felt bad for me... and even liked me, but wasn't going to hurt her friend like that.

Things got better once I was up in college, since she KNEW I wouldn't be around to hang out. But every now and then she'll still send me a text at 1am, just to say hey or ask if I'm free. I just ignore them, and life is good.

I had 2 other girls stalk me in high school, but they weren't serious about it. They would just follow me around in the hallways or just watch me skateboard from afar. The first one was the only one who was a problem.

I gotta say, I was lucky with mine that she had no idea where I lived. That could have been rough. This was back in high school, my junior year. She was but a wee little freshman girl, and you could tell she was a bit of a closet case when she was in middle school.

Somehow she found herself attached to me, of all people (when there were so many better-looking and less charismatic people around... people who'd jump all over an easy lay like her). She would get out of her classes early to wait outside of mine, follow me around the halls, skip classes to try and track me down at lunch (which is why I never stayed on campus), and an assortment of other creepy invasion of personal space things.

Right up toward the end of her eight month parade, she had gone to a manicurist and spent $60 on a fancy little nail job which included my name inscribed on her nails. We had a handful of mutual friends, so within a day the news had gotten back to me. I legitimately freaked out about it, she found out, and then scratched the polish so hard that she ripped one of her thumbnails off. I later discovered that she had filled four (or five?) notebooks with my name, over and over, across every page, filling every whitespace. *shudder*

When she finally broke off the chase, she discovered one of those "more attractive, less charismatic" individuals I mentioned above. He was a pretty decent friend of mine, an ex-boyfriend of one of my close friends. She attached herself to him and a week later forked over her virginity to him. After that, she would brag about all of her wild sex, but a month later he was done with her. She went guy-hopping like crazy and found herself married with two kids the year after she graduated from high school.

I almost feel bad for her.

Actually I still have one and yes I'm in high school last year she would follow me everywhere and would do all she could to find my classes and transfer into them not to mention that she made up some bullcrap rumors about us having sex when I hated her! luckily she moved but she still keeps tabs on me through her friends it's really ****ed up! So all you wishing for one should count your luck I don't get a single moment of peace when I'm at school.

I've never had a stalker myself, don't think i'm the kind of person to attract that kind of personallity. Some of those stories were pretty rough though, not that that was unexpected, the filled notebook one was pretty creepy to be honest.
If I had a stalker I'd be pretty damn suprised, then i'd probably find it funny, a little later it would start to be disturbing, then it would become somewhat terrifying.

There was this one kid who would always stare at me when I was in the bathroom, brushing my teeth or combing my hair. It got really creepy because he would copy everything I would do, but in reverse. I think he might be a gay or something.
