Still even that would be hard to moderate, think about it. As of right now we have about 15 people that post into 3-word post daily, most of them post frequantly, if a spam thread opens up the activity in that would be higher then 3-word, because obviously more people would be posting into it. So let take a round about number and say 25+ people that post in there and for the first month it will be maxed out (seriously) at over 100+ posts per day if you go by a 4 post per person per day rule. Now set a 20 word minimum to each post. It would take a mod hours to get through all of those, and when she/he is almost done, blam, theres more. Or lets say that given mod takes 2 days off of TFF to spend time with family, when she/he comes back there would be over 300 posts to catch up on. And you know as well as I do some of the people on here can't hit a 20 word post minimum so alot of the post would be filled with spammy fillers like "cats rule" and "this pizza is fricken awsome".

The other thing I see is that there is not a need for a spam thread when so many people use MSN messenger here. And alot of people are promoting the TFF chat, it is to easy to get in on one of those chats, plus you do not have to worry about forum rules and regulations that everyone knows would be violated in a spam thread on a daily basis. Plus MSN is a free program so it is easily accessable and very easy to use.
