Woah, I want to slap Alpha, Joe, and Inagi's basses so badly right now.

Here is me playing my Ibanez bass with my band (second photo) at a gig we did last month. I was the only one to wear formal clothing while everyone else went casual. I wasn't able to get a good screenshot of the drummer though.



The leader of the band, the one singing, is the lead vocalist and rhythm guitarist. Behind him is the second rhythm guitarist (left) and lead guitarist (right).



My new baby! It's a Squier Fender Classic Vibes 60s sonic blue precision bass guitar. Someday, I'll own a Rickenbacker 4003 Midnight Blue bass. Apparently, I'm really into vintage basses.

I think my lifestyle kinda prevents contact with other humans most days.. work nights, sleep days. Always found myself more partial to hentai and porn - it doesn't talk back or make me buy it shoes it doesn't need.

So a buddy of mine that I went to Iraq with the first time (Feb 04 - Mar 05) finally posted all of his pictures on Facebook ... all 1600 or so of them. So I looked through 'em all, found the ones I was tagged in, saved some, and am posting them here for the enjoyment of all. Unless you don't enjoy them, then you can bugger off. Keep in mind, these are from about six years ago -- I was 18. And I'm rezing them smaller so they don't take up too much room.


This is me with the crew of the M1114 I rolled with for a while. I'm on the left.


And with the Buffalo, where I volunteered to go after it got hit by an RPG and the usual arm operator didn't want to do it anymore. I'm on the Buffalo, on the right.


Me in the turret behind the MK19 automatic grenade launcher. This was my baby. This puppy launches 40mm grenades nearly a mile away, at a cyclic rate of around 350 rounds per minute. The sun is in my eyes.

Yep! And I have to say that Arnie Roth is incredibly personable, funny and really nice to talk to. He was great all throughout the show in talking about things, but even though we were near the end of the line for autographs and whatnot he was still just as nice and pleasant as he was with the first people.

@RT - Yes, in fact it is! This picture was taken about maybe 10-15 mins before he proposed to me. He was trying to get Nobuo to be in on it (EEEK I think I would have DIED!!!) but it ended up not panning out. I'm happy with how it turned out, but I find it sweet that he tried so hard to get Nobuo in with it.
