It's basically like hooking up with your stepsister. Whichever way you cut it, it's wrong. Also, I'm sure the hazing factor from the friends is enough to stop you.
There is nothing immoral about fooling around with step siblings. Hell, the only feasible reason I see why true, genetical incest is frowned upon is due to the fact that the children will likely end up either super deformed/disabled.
So yeah, if she's not related to you by blood, go for it.
