I haven't really taken pictures of college yet. I've been hot and sweaty from moving my stuff and then being on move-in crew and moving everyone else's stuff. So cameras have been a no. I'll fix that soon enough.

All this posting of rooms has inspired me to take pictures of my apartment. Shall we take a look?

First up, we have a new picture of me.

Another wall in the living room. My girlfriend has this thing for Marilyn Monroe, so she's all over this apartment...

In this picture, we see where all the "magic" happens. As you can probably tell which side of the bed is mine due to the pillow, you can also tell that this is recent as my side of the bed is untouched.

You pull of no makeup pretty well, Chez. Srsly. My features completely disappear in pictures. It's sad.

My roommate has been taking pictures of me for the last two days. She needed a model for her photography class, and well... I'm convenient. She hasn't bothered much with the ones she took in color yet. Those are really the ones I'm excited about. Still, she took some tonight in black and white and put them up on Facebook. They're a little overexposed... but I don't mind them. She tends to like pictures that I don't so much... but we can agree on a few. Sometimes.

She used a fan so I'm all WOOSH in most of these. And holy shit, my eyes look translucent. Or weird.

Oh, I do too. I never know where to look or what face to make. Most of the ones that turned out are those she got either just before or just after I laughed at something I was doing. She just happens to be good at capturing certain moments.

And it's not like you're twins or anything. But you have the same cheeks. I know that's like.... weird... but that's what I noticed.

My friend wanted me to be a model for her photography project, but I hate people taking pictures of me.

Dude, go for it.

Camera-shyness is a bad thing. You can only get over it by saying 'what the heck' and jumping into as many photos as possible and not caring when you don't appear photogenic in some photos.

Camera-shyness feeds itself anyway. If you prepare or a photo and worry about how you look, it WILL affect your smile in some way, which will make you less photogenic. It's all about confidence. Everybody comes out badly in some photos, so don't worry about it ^_^
