For toppings, I'm none too picky. I'll eat it with plain cheese, mushrooms, pepperoni, olives, green and red bell peppers, sausages, bacon, ham, pineapple, and even anchovies (I just accept them). But my favorite combinations are mushrooms and pepperoni, sausages and mushrooms, and ham and pineapple. Yup. Meat and some random fruit or fungus is tasty. Ham and pineapple is my number one topping choice though. ^^
Dough...I like my pizza on the crunchy side. Not really crunchy where it crackles when you bit it like Setzer said, but just enough so that it's like a softer version of a freshly baked baguette. Kind of crunchy but still soft and nice. The like how Papa Johns makes their pizza crusts and bread. Thin and kind of crunchy. If the dough is oily though, the pizza is no longer as appetizing. Dry and crunchy dough is nice.
