But, I've associated with all sorts of people. In just as many ways as they are different, they're the same. It's just a detail that neither defines a person nor justifies them. It's not that alien a concept to get used to... There's no great allowance or adjustment to be made for people of a different sexuality. They're still people. They lie, cry, help, hurt, smile, steal, laugh and act like assholes too.

I'm friends with straight and gay people alike. I don't discriminate unless you have a silly texas accent, otherwise I'm cool with everyone. People can love whoever they want. Just check this sample video out and see what I mean.

I have nothing against gay people. One of my best friends from high school is gay, and he even came out to us. Pete and Che are full of wisdom and should be respected as such.

But straits I do have a problem with. Where do straits get off, being narrow, navigable channels of water that connect two larger navigable bodies of water? I mean, who do you think you are?

I may or may not have ripped that sentence "straight" from wikipedia.

Straight dudes like girls. Now seeing two girls making out or having sex is like double a good thing, because it's two girls, multiplied by awesome because they're making out/ naked. It's win/win, except you don't get to take part... unless of course you do.

As for gay dudes. I don't think straight guys really have a problem with gay dudes. It's more an issue of worrying if the gay dude is gonna hit on us. It's kind of awkward and in general not too cool to us. That's about it

I think a lot of people are brought up to think being homosexual as either gender is an evil thing, when it has nothing to do with being evil. Just general ignorance.

As a straight male, the reason I don't like gay guys hitting on me is the same reason I don't like fat chicks hitting on me. I'm flattered, but eww. No problems hanging out with fat chicks or gay guys. I'm not gonna say I have no problems hanging out with fat chicks or gay guys. No fat chicks. And no I didn't just contradict myself.

And why would you have even thought about posting this in intellectual discussion? As if it requires intelligence to post on the matter.

Is your friend a guy or a girl? I'm guessing a guy.

I personally don't have a problem with gay/lesbian/bi people. I'm straight, and I don't like when people are discriminate against them. I don't think a gay person actually "chooses" to be gay, and a Straight person "chooses" to be straight. I think it happens naturally. You can't help who you are attracted to. I don't like when people make it seem like homosexuals just wake up one day and decide that they want to be gay. I know that some people do experiment with sexual preference though.

yea. i dont really have any problem with gay/lesbian or even bi people. i have a couple of friends who are either bi, lesbian or gay and i still love em to death. im straight and everything btw lol there are some gay guys tho who really crack me up XD u cant really help who ur attracted too either so its a choice you have to make.

This is one of the few times at TFF that I wish I could be less verbose and just respond with "Who cares, we're all people."

But I'm forced to expound. So. I'm really of the opinion that guys would be way more into two bi girls than two lesbians, but it's certainly wired to be hot into the, uhm, "brains" of guys. There are certainly people who have moral issues with homosexuality, but I imagine that those people have issues with lesbians as well. My point up there should probably tell you that I'm not one of those people.

There are certainly some religious men who still find lesbians hots and gays homosexual males detestable, but quite frankly, they're hypocrites.

I swing both ways. I found out during a time when I finally fitted in somewhere, and so I kept it a big secret from everyone until I met my best friend a year or two later, who told me she went both ways too. Not everyone I went to school with knows though, and I think I prefer it that way.

So gay people don't bother me in the slightest. Being gay doesn't make you any less of a human being, and it doesn't make you more or superior to that.

I personally dont have a problem with gay people unless they come onto me... I had a couple friends in high school that was on the football team with me that were gay they were cool guys....you dont choose whether you're gay or not you are or you aren't...the only time I ever had a problem with a gay guy is when one said he wanted to butt f*ck me hard that caused some problems...
