Waiting to take a test. Arrived too early, had nothing to do. Also had to endure a nervous teenager tap-tap-tapping his foot - vibrated the whole room and made EVERYONE jittery, little jerk.
I shall forever blame him for my paltry test results.

Airports are fun depending on which airport you go to. Nashville airport? Fun. Sky Harbor Airport in Phoenix? Fun. Maybe. I was drunk by the time we got there and we drove back. Philadelphia Airport? Not Fun - especially if you get there more than the recommended 1.5 hrs early. They won't even let you in the f*cking terminals until exactly 1.5 - 2 hrs before your scheduled flight. I sat in a bar, paid wayyy too much for my beer, and got trashed before my flight back to Nashville.
NASCAR is -not- fun, but I get sucked into it 'cuz my Dad (& mom) love it 'cuz my Dad used to race Sprint Cars and raced with 1 NASCAR driver & the father of another driver. Going to NASCAR races is -not- fun. It's too loud. Football is boring, but going to the games can be fun, when it's not -75 degrees outside - like, in the beginning of fall.
and yes, the ER/Waiting Room is boring. After they got Jay knocked out, I stayed with him and fell asleep beside his bed whilst the jackass army dr nurse whatevers made fun of me at the army dr nurse station for having my head on the wall and my legs stretched across the seats and my jacket as a blanket. I stole some syringes though. Serves those assholes right.

Races are much funner when they're not 600 ****ing miles. Local dirt tracks and shit, like 10 laps max with different car classes, pretty epic.
lol Back when my dad raced sprints, they went much faster than they do now and power steering - or roll cages/bars hadn't been invented yet. My dad says going around a turn, the cars would pretty much whip around completely backwards before straightening back out on the straightaways. He's also raced in one of the few sprint car races held on asphalt, but they stopped doing it 'cuz it was so dangerous.

My dad mostly raced at K.C. Speedway (used to be called Atomic) in Chillicothe, OH, but he raced at tons of other tracks also. According to him, he always made it to the feature race and from there, either crashed or won. heh. When my grandfather died, my brother and some other guys went and got dirt from that track in a ziploc bag and put it in his suit pocket before they buried him.
Ironing clothes is pretty damn boring, that's all I can say.
