    Making a Commitment

Are you any good at making/keeping one?
Anything else about commitments you want to mention?

    Funny pictures aren't bad neither.

I'm personally horrible at it unless the 'commitment' is something I'd do anyway. Easily distracted, forgetful, commitments really aren't my thing so I strive to make them as seldomly as possible. When I give my word I tend to keep it, but I probably give my word on something less than once every several months...

I'm engaged... that's a pretty big commitment... but when it comes to smaller things I have a little trouble committing. Like where to eat food.

Depends on the commitment. If it's to do with something I love or enjoy doing, I can keep at it for a very long time. If it's something that I don't enjoy, I lack on it a little bit until I break it completely. Like back when I used to do karate - it was a lot of fun, I learnt to defend myself, and it's made me a pretty strong person today. However, not only was it expensive (like... very expensive), but I'd signed up to other things as well. Like I was part of my neighbourhood's football team and the neighbourhood wardens. Can't keep up with things like that all the time with school, family and other hobbies too.

Not really. I'll come back to this.

I made a commitment a long time ago to be incredibly sexy.

    Haven't broken that yet.

    Re: Making a Commitment

I am really good at keeping commitments, for instance I made a commitment not to make commitments, and it hasn't failed yet!

If I do make a commitment though, I will stick to that C/promise, and I will make sure I really mean it before I do decide to make that commitment.

If it is something important then yes I usually stick to it, but if it something small then I forget, and when I do I usually say f*ck it.

    Re: Making a Commitment

I'm not very good with commitment. I don't know if it's because I'm scared or what, but I just don't see myself thriving in a mental institution.

    Until now!

    Re: Making a Commitment

It depends on what sort of commitment, and how much it really means if I keep to it. I used to be pretty bad with it, but I've grown more responsible these few last years, and now I've learned when to make one and how to keep them as well.

I guess it's a question of realistic and unrealistic commitments, sometimes you just take on too much.
