Limericks by Yous

[Incognitus]

Inspired by the Haiku thread, limericks are another form of shorthand poetry meant to be humorous or whimsical. I encourage you to make up a limerick about anything. The format for a limerick is AABBA (think of Hickery-Dickery-Dock). I've taken a few cracks at them and made limericks about some of my fellow TFF members. Here's one to start:

Telegraph's real name is Tom.
He thinks Dodie is the bomb.
His posts, on most days,
End with one simple phrase:
"Anyhoo... Wuv, Yer Mom"

I used to write a limerick
It didn't make much sense
it happened one day
no idea what grade
I never wrote a limerick again

I don't know Crescent too well.
At least from what I can tell,
She likes Sephiroth and Snake---
I meant Raiden, my mistake---
Plus Nintendo and Splinter Cell.

There once was a man, ilyn payne,
A man who inflicts horrible pain.
He took a mans head,
His name was Ned,
The Starks were never the same.

Sephiroth and Vergil are so dreamy
Both calm and cool in personality
Through combat their skills are tested
Both are eventually bested
Still unperturbed by their own brutality

My favourite fellow TFFer Incognitus
Regularly posts musical masterpieces
His favourite FF is number six
This preference makes me sick
But his musical tastes I still find genius
