Completely off topic, but I wanna bang the chicks in Polk's signature. Back on topic. I ran cross country in high school and learned one thing from the experience. State of mind has a lot to do with how well you are going to be running. AKA keep a positive frame of mind and conquer your challenges one step at a time... literally.
