This is highly incorrect. I managed a McDonald's for a number of years, and can assure you that their "healthy options" are not at all. Take a chicken wrap for example. They have two options crispy chicken, and grilled. The crispy is just a chicken select which is breaded chicken strip. The grilled would seem like the healthiest option except for the fact that McDonald's grilled chicken is soaked in butter while you are grilling it.
As for the salads there same thing. Crispy or grilled chicken on it. If you can do a salad from there with no meat, and no dressing I supposed yeah it may be alright. But why the **** would you go to a fast food place for a salad when the makings of it are very affordable, and it is simple as shit to make on your own.
