Clowns, that's right clowns. I really dislike clowns, I don't know why it's not like I ever had a phobia of them when I was younger, I was never scared of them.
In fact I had the same contempt when I was younger that I do now.
It's just a niggly annoyance they really erk me I don't find them entertaining or funny just annoying.
Maybe it started when I saw the Moscow circus all I wanted to see was lions and elephants but the stupid clowns would always have to come in between each act, of course now that I am older I realise why.
Or maybe it's because I think they is a little bit of a pedophile in every clown.
Actually there was one clown out of all the clowns that I saw in my entire life and he was really entertaining and this was when I was an adult he just had the right sense of humor and appealed to the adults not just the kids.
Anyway what do you think of clowns?

I've never ever seen a clown in real life. I'm sure there are clowns here, but the whole circus thing isn't very common (I can think of one circus I had the opportunity (declined) to go to), and I've never exactly sought out a clown.
Working where I do (McDonald's) we get an annual visit from Ronald McDonald, who does a tour of the local restaurants the week before school starts in September. I have only interacted with him once and he seemed pretty ok, but on the whole, clowns annoy me rather than scare me. A guy I used to work with was absolutely petrified of clowns, owing to watching 'It' at a young age, and had to keep out of Ronald's way when he visited.
Apparently the guys who play the eponymous clown get paid £200 per restaurant they visit and do up to four a day, spending an hour at each. I have to work about a week.and a half to get what 'Ronald' gets in an hour which irritates me further. >:-(

When I was like 5 I watched the movie IT with my mom. It scared the shit out of me, and made me terrified of clowns for years. I watched the movie when I was like 13, and realized how stupid the movie actually is. Still don't like clowns they are f*cking freaky. Luckily we don't have circus' around here anywhere.

I used to be scared of them. But then I was cast to play one when I was ten for a play. Once you realize there's a person behind the make-up whose job it is to make you laugh (or cry, the play was a tear-jerker), they aren't that scary.

I remember watching an episode of True Life called "I have embarrassing parents" and this girl's parents were clowns. Can't remember if they made their living like that, but the house they lived in was full of clown decor. I'm not a fan of clowns, but I'm not scared of them. Clowns suck. Everytime I went to Dreamworld (theme park) the clown there was a jerk. I'm sure not all clowns are bad. Just a few bad eggs give the clown industry a negative image.
Is there any movies with nice clowns? They all seem to be portrayed as ***holes.
