    Question budgie help??

    Does anyone have parakeets?? I'm trying to get them to eat vegies because I know it is not good for their health to just eat seed. My birds aren't seed junkies yet but they will be if they don't start eating other things. I am also trying to get them used to my hand..they have gotten much better but still flinch when I move to fast,but they don't go crazy anymore when I put my hand In the cage to change their water or food.

    any sugesstions on diet and how to get them interseted in other foods??
