Does anybody think the new Beijing 2008 Olympic Games mascot(s) is creepy looking?



I actually do kinda like the weird fire ones hair but mainly they are all creepy...The blue one is the creepiest to me although they're all close...

Which one is your favorite? which one is your least (probably the same as the creepiest I guess but you never know...)

Yeah I saw those figures when I opened up Google from my browser and I was like ...wtf mate? But now at least I know what they all are. As for the coolest one, I prefer the red-haired flamey thing over everyone else on there, except for maybe the panda could give him a run for his money lol, just because its a random panda. They all are pretty cool/uniqueish looking for the olympics, so I don't have one that I really dont care for.

You can call this cute lil guy Smokestack. He's so cute with his little mask. You can hardly tell that he's choking from the poor air quality!

Well, I think the mascots have a good appearance. They should be pretty appealing to younger kids. The only ones that look creepy to me are the orange and green ones. The rest look fine :s.

I think they are so cute, my favorite is the panda looking one and violet is right the green and orange are creepy looking, but still cute

I'm making sure to stay tooned(sic) to the Olympics. Lots of coverage this year. I think the mascots look just fine to me, I even have the green one as my desktop wallpaper. A friend of mine directed me to a website that had the wallpapers with the mascots.

i don't know why but im just imagining those little mascots as a ninja hit squad. i mean you wake up in the middle of the night to the panda standing next to your bed with a big knife or somthing.

Anyway there ok as mascots yeh a little creepy but hey it's better then looking like a peadophile.

.. They don't look creepy to me at all somehow, just not that well made I guess. .. My favorite has to be the red one and the least, the orange of people still even ever wonder about these questions. But the eyes are sort of weird. Doesn't go with the whole mascot. Gives me an eering feeling. o.O

Those things were mascots? I saw them before, but thought they were part of some Asian cartoon show for kids! Kind of like a cutesy version of Power Rangers or something. I never even noticed the markings on their stomachs...

Well, the black and white one looks cutest. It's a panda, and pandas are the bomb. The rest kind of creep me out with their little flushed cheeks.

Uh...they look like Teletubbies. That alone is creepy enough. I've seen a couple of minutes of that show before and I swear, they could make kids brain dead. O_O

The blue one is definatly creepy. He does look just as bad as a zombie. It looks like it will just keep advancing on you not stopping without getting whatever it wants because it looks so mindless.
