I did three pints in little over half an hour on an empty stomach once. It resulted in an unpleasant experience in the bathroom, passing out and waking up to a burnt pizza.

Seriously, 4 beers? Beer is gross, if you just wanna get shitfaced go for hard liquor. On the subject of drinking dares, yes. All the time.

We (myself and friends obviously) like to play this until someone falls over, pukes, becomes too intoxicated to speak coherently, or runs away crying like a little girl (we add new stopping conditions every so often based on how shit goes). Or gets horribly burnt from playing with fire an everclear while horribly intoxicated, though we haven't had to deal with that so far.

Drinking is always sort of a contest when I'm hanging out with my usual drinking buddies. Really it's a wonder none of us have died from liver failure by now. Had more than a few drunken injuries amongst ourselves.

Various drinking dares we have involve several categories of stupidity, amongst them, quantity drinking, speed drinking, drinking something that's been mixed with random crap to taste horrible, playing drinking games for which the rules are absurd and designed to kill somebody, we do all kinds of stupid crap with alcohol.

I drank 500ml of vodka in under 5 mins one time because I wanted to see what it's like to get drunk. Not the smartest thing to do on your first time. My face felt numb like under anesthesia and I started zigzagging and hitting walls back and forth in the corridor, when I was walking to the dorm kitchen. Then I just slid down the wall and passed out to feel super sick for the next couple of hour and drunk for about 2 days.

I did drink abit before, so I must've had some tolerance, but I was never drunk before that. I think I also drank some wine before the vodka so that made things even worse. It was a really bad day then, I have to admit.

Really? I guess I don't pay all that much attention to beer because i hate the taste, but even Mike's Hard Lemonade is 5%.
I can't imagine they sell beer weaker than that. Hell even the fruitiest girl drinks I've had were at least 4.5%

Never really played drinking games, but once I'd finished all of my drinks I would go around and pick up whatever one I could find, half drunk or not. That was after quite a few though.

I have never even seen a beer less than 5%. At 3.2, honestly, is there even a point? I almost don't see the point in beer to be perfectly honest, I'm full before I can get drunk on the shit.

I think the weakest shit I drink is still like 13.75% And that's rumchata. I've also been known to put it in cereal when I'm out of milk. Fireball Whiskey is my comfort drink at 33% or something. Pretty much everything else I drink is 40 or 50%. Cap'n Morgan Black, Malibu Black, Jack Daniels, I'll go for vodka once I'm drunk enough to not care about how horrible it tastes anymore so I can save the good booze for next time.

Yes, there is lower than 5% - Utah only allows beer to have a max of like 3.2% ABV. This casino my mom and I went to in Oklahoma served beer that was 3.2% ... Arizona has a limit of like 6% and Tennessee's -used- to be 5.5%, but I think it's made its way up to 6%.

Anything higher than that, from what I'm assuming, then it has to be sold in liquor stores - and yes, that includes imports .

Anything imported to the U.S. will still have to adhere to each state's individual beer sales law - otherwise, they won't be allowed to market & sell their product there. I've actually heard people say that they think imports have more alcohol 'cuz it gets 'em "sooooo wasted, dude" and I'm like ".... Yeah that's a placebo effect, I think".

Anywho. Beer is an acquired taste. And yes, I like my Budweiser & Miller Lite (so contradictory of me, I know). But I also like Mexican stuff and Guinness Extra Stout and a few others. So suck on that.

I got into drinking Absolut 100 for awhile. 100 proof vodka. Yeah buddy. I dug it for awhile, but then had to go cheap and drink shitty Pinnacle. Hadn't eaten all day and I got mucho sicko. So no mas vodka. Right now, the drink of choice is good 'ole Jack Daniels. Yummeh.

Actually, what you -said- is that light beer is lower than 5%. Which, you're right in that sentiment because of the way it's brewed, but unless it's state regulated to 3.2%, then your average light beer is gonna be around 4 - 4.5% ABV. Still less than a regular, full-strength beer, but it's done mainly due to the way they make it to take out calories and carbs rather than what a state puts a limit on.

And, to kind of edit what I said before about beer laws, in Arizona, you can sell beer & liquor together (they have wine rooms & liquor cabinets in the grocery stores & and gas stations), but in Texas, the laws go by what county you live in - like Bowee County (where I lived), New Boston, Texarkana (TX side), and other towns in the area are completely dry. Restaurants in Texarkana can serve alcohol and there is 1 Mexican place in New Boston that serves it, but you can't go into a store and by anything alcoholic. You either have to drive to Oklahoma - which just over the state line, has a lower ABV, or go on the Arkansas side of State Line Road in Texarakana.

However in other parts of Texas, you can buy wine and liquor in the grocery stores.

Bah, the part of waking up the next day is getting to listen to the horror stories of things you did last night and don't remember. When I drink with my buddies, first thing we do the nest day is gather round and tell stories of our idiocy while drinking to get over the hangovers. Or rather while THEY drink to get over the hangovers. I don't get hung over, I just start drinking again because I can.

It's rare that I get blacked out drunk nowadays. And believe you me, I've tried my hardest on many occasions, but it just never happens. I don't really get hangovers, but I'll have a headache and be tired, so I'll fix myself another drink or crack a beer to remedy the situation. Back when the roomie was here, Saturday mornings we'd pa out around 7 or 8, wake up at like 10, start all over again. *dies*

In Texarkana, we played beer pong literally for 13+ hours straight one night. My friends kidnapped me from work at like 2 and we were up until 4 or 5 a.m. playing beer pong. ALL NIGHT. (BTW, I suck at this game, so I always tell ppl if they wanna get drunk, just be on my team).
