That was pretty something, wasn’t it?

I thought that was fairly existent, myself.

My chest and diaphragmic area hurt. I am dissatisfied with the muscles associated with breathing, right now. As opposed to the organs that do that. My lungs are cool, in my book. I assume this was caused by a task at work the other day. Probably should say something about it the next time I go in there.

Drinking is more fun than working. Probably.

I was doing top stock, carrying big boxes up these movable stairs over and over again, because I don't have training on any of the machines that would have been more efficient than that.

Is there any way you can get certified to use a forklift to make things easier?

I was trying to get someone to sh ow me how to use the "ballymore," and a couple of the boss types said they would, but then wandered off, lol...

Is it a constant sharp pain? how is your breathing?

Did the pain become noticeable during the task or did it just show up later?

Thinking about it, you should tell someone on your next shift, if you're going the same thing. Don't mention it happened the previous shift, because they'll ask why you didn't bring it up right away. They could always claim you did it during the weekend or off hours, which could hurt any case you may have.

I'd also insist on being trained on the ballymore. The equipment is there to make your life easier. You should be taught how to use it to be safer and more productive.

nix: It's a sharp pain when I try to take a deep breath. Just kinda sore, otherwise. It actually wasn't sore (or at least I didn't notice) until yesterday when I woke up.

Pete: Yeah, I'm gonna try to get someone to teach me next shift. Apparently it's really easy to use. You don't drive it, you kinda drag/push it, heh.

Sounds like it could be a hernia. I don't think they are especially dangerous, but it will negatively impact your physical ability if you don't get it fixed.

I sugguest seeing a doctor to get further clarity on this information and move forward from there.

I think it's actually getting better tonight, thank y'all kindly :3 I was fairly concerned yesterday, tho, because it was pretty bad.

Actually, tho, nix, I've had a cough for a while now, heh... I was told there is a months-long cough that has been going around this area, however.

I either pulled a lat, intercoastal or oblique muscle swinging a bat on Sunday. It was excruciating when it first happened, to the point where any movement hurt. Now, it only hurts if I sneeze, cough or fart. It's also pretty painful to squeeze out a poop. I felt like my side was being ripped in half when I sneezed. I should probably see a doctor

It sucks getting old, though, doesn't it? lol... My knees and my back are already bad.
