Final Fantasy XV Being Reserved for the Big Stage at Gamescom

Square Enix today some of the expectations fans should have for Gamescom. Tabata had already confirmed Final Fantasy XV would be showing next at Gamescom during one of earlier record videos, but today it being answered how much of a presence they are giving it. They said that they are putting Final Fantasy XV on their big stage, what exactly this means is unclear other than this is likely going to be their focus for the convention. It was also mentioned in a previous interview that the market campaign would be restarted around this time as well. So they maybe preparing for big reveals and demonstrations of the game.

Gamescom is still more than two weeks away, but new details about the game should be coming.

According to Tabata, they have a firm guideline to the release of FF XV, are on schedule, and it should be before 2017 but not this year... meaning 2016. He mentions that they'll announce (hopefully) a more specified release date at Pax Prime later this month.
