Just in case anyone besides myself reads it, you now have a spot to give me constructive criticism, destructive criticism, compliments, suggestions, or to outright tell me to stop writing, although I've decided not to stop until I finish this one.

You see, the post I made has been typed out for awhile, but I suppose that I can count it as the first real chapter. I'm not going to set a deadline on the next part because I'll get really stressed, and this is more for pleasure than anything, so I'll do it eventually.

I liked your newest chapter, especially the part where you described the flowers and what they could do to people. Hah, and the way you incorporated some forum members/groups was a nice touch. The format could use a bit cleaning up, like putting a space between the paragraphs and the spoken dialogue so it doesn't look like one big wall of text, but that's just my opinion. Still readable, and pretty enjoyable so far. ^^

Oh, I'll fix that right now! In my word document it's all nice and spaced and indented and what not, but when I copy and paste it here, it sort of retro-morphs into a mass of text :/

Am I allowed to double post in a comments thread? I guess I'll find out. Anyway, new chapter is up. This one took me forever to write because I've had midterm exams, and I kept changing my mind with what I wanted to do. I'm not sure if what I've put out is of the quality I wanted, but it's definitely shaped the story in a way that I thoroughly enjoy. Criticisms more than welcome for this bit.

Significant edits: Finally named the shop master with the help of my friend. Said friend is now the first person to know I'm writing this whom I know IRL.
I definitely like where the story is going now. I can't wait to get to certain parts, and sometimes I want to just skip right to them and cut to writing, but I know this sort of backstory makes it all better.

Bump for new chapter. I'm really unsure why this keeps happening, the whole short chapter thing. I just space them out where it feels natural. Also, it looks like a lot more writing in Word than when I post it here, and that makes me feel lazy. Oh well.
