Last CD I bought was in May.. Snow Patrols new CD.
Before that I ended up buying Panic at the disco!'s new one and the used.

I dont really buy any CDs anymore because of my mp3 player. Plus I get really annoyed after a while they get scratched up and they end up skipping over a song I like a lot.

Today, I bought "Lifescapes: Jazz Evening Piano." I'm not sure exactly why, now, however. I guess I like slow, boring piano music. Mostly I was thinking of using it late at night when I want to zone out, or something. Driving or sitting around. Jazz piano music is good for that. So is some techno.

Plus, there's a kitty on the cover. Who can say "no" to a kitty?

Also, to the last three posts: I'd recommend you guys add a little more content in the future. Like, saying what genre the artist is, or what your favorite song is, or something. So I don't have to crack any skulls, eh?

Just bought 2 albums. "From The 13th Sun" by Candlemass and "Volume 1" by Pagan Altar. I haven't really had the chance to listen to the Pagan Altar album yet, but I am really loving the Candlemass one. This is atleast as good as the classic Candlemass albums from the 80's, TOT maybe being my favourite doom metal song ever. But really, there's not one bad song on that album.

I bought Lostprophets - Liberation Transmission the other day, because I adore their songs and I just love Ian Watkins' voice.

I got that one quite recently as well. Cool booklet and lots of extra songs crammed onto the CD. It's definitely worth every penny. Remind me that I need to pick up the extended editions of Welcome To Hell and At Wat With Satan. Might also get Possessed, but that can wait a little while hehe.

I finally bough a copy of Symphony X's Divine Wings of Tragedy. It's hands-down my favourite album of theirs, but half of their stuff I only have on my computer because I borrowed the albums from a friend, so I'm glad I finally have that album on CD now, as it's truly a masterpiece.

Today I got myself a new CD:

The Guillemots: From the Cliffs. I love "Trains to Brazil" and "Made Up Lovesong #43", so I bought this album. I'm happy.

The last CD I bought was Morningwood's self-titled CD. It's kinda like punk meets new wave with a little grunge added in for good measure... that and their lead singer Chantelle Claret has a gigantic rack XD.

Although my first Sonic Youth CD was Rather Ripped, I went back and checked out their older stuff. Definate thumbs up on that band!

Anyway.. Just yesterday I bought Dear catastrophe waitress, by Belle and Sebastian. It's got a really mellow sound.. with some neat guitair, and some really catchy songs. I'm not sure exactly what you would classify it as, seeing as it's really soft, but has rock elements in there. New fans to B&S would do well to check out The Life Pursuit first, I think.. at least that was my favorite!

Just bought "Come Taste The Band" and "Stormbringer" by Deep Purple.

I've been listening quite a lot to their album "Burn" lately, so I thought that now was a good time to pick up the other albums they did with David Coverdale.

I just bought Nightwish's "Once" album. I'd wanted to get the album with "This Is the End of All Hope," or whatever, but "Once" was the only album they had there.

It's good. It's pretty stuff. There's some of the fast rockin' stuff that I liked about End of All Hope, and such. My mom likes it too, because I was listening to it upstairs the night I got it. I think she likes the girl's voice. She said it sounded like my video game music, too. That's probably true. Heh. My favorite track... I dunno, but like track 5 sticks out to me, because it's like 8 minutes long, and ends with some random dialogue that I don't understand because it's in another language.

I bought The Automatic's debut album "Not Accepted Anywhere" a few weeks ago. Frost plays the guitar nice and rocky throughout the album, with the distincitive screeches from Pennie during the singing of Rob. Iwan's drumming gives the music a great beat and it carries the songs really well. Recover is still my favorite of the songs due to its catchyness and how it was this song, their debut single, which led me into interest to this band.

Yesterday I picked up Dio's "Sacred Heart" and Ozzy Osbourne's "No Rest for the Wicked." Today I found Nightwish's "Wishmaster" new but marked as used for only $8, so that was quite a pleasant buy.

Well, I persnally didn't buy this CD, but my friend bought it for me, that couns, right?!

    Strapping Young Lad - City

My favourite tracks are AAA, Oh My ****ing God and Room 429.

The album is well put together, witht he lyrics being clever, and the instruments well-played. I guess my friend really knew what I'd like!

I also got a Clutch album lately, but I can't, for the life of me, remember the CD name! I do remember however, that my favourite song from the album is "A Shogun Named Marcus". It's an awesome song with good lyrics and a great "tune".

    Last one I bought was

    Pendulum - Hold your Colour

I don't mind my dance/techno and this cd is absolutely amazing. Is the best drum and bass album I've ever listened too.

The last CD I bought was Sacrament by Lamb of God. I picked up the Deluxe Edition the day it came out and dear sweet merciful toast does it fucking rule. Randall actually tries to sing on this one, and it just makes it sound more evil. GET THIS CD. NOW, YOU FOOL!

I finally picked up the Led Zeppelin Complete Studio Recordings boxed set the other day, which makes me quite happy. I've been looking to buy it for a year or two but, due to it's price, I was always waiting to find it cheaper somewhere, which I finally did. (a record store near me had it used for $70, which is almost half as much as I'd have had to pay for it new elsewhere)

Just got Bleak Insight in through the door. I've been looking for it everywhere and finally found it at a German online store. Awesome doom album.
