    I bought Akon and Common's new CDs a few days ago. Both are very cool to listen to, and it restores my faith in the whole hiphop/R&B genre in general. I like the new dance/electronica aspect that they are bringing out. More to come in a similar fashion as the year 2009 continues, I hope!

    I bought Reel Big Fish's "Fame, Fortune, and Fornication". It's a CD of ska covers. Not bad. They do some cool adaptations of classic songs, my personal favorites being "The Authority Song" originally by John Cougar Mellencamp, "Won't Back Down" by Tom Petty, and "Nothin' But a Good Time" by Poison.

    Let's see, I think the last album I bought was Queens Greatest Hits II and III. I like them both but I'd have to say II is better since III has bits and pieces on it. I love Queen, LOVE THEM. I just bought Queen Live at Wembley Stadium as well, it's not an album but it's still awesome.
