Sherbet Land / Mario Kart 64

There's a lot to like about this song and what can be done with it.

I'll give you an example: listen to CSGuitar89's version of Sherbet Land/Frappe Snowland with your eyes closed. It's very easy to picture this song playing on a tropical paradise level. We all know that the opposite holds true in Mario 64. Frozen tundra, ice water pitfalls and slippery penguins dot this course's landscape. This cover of the song is great driving music during the winter for this very reason---it's an icy tune that warms the heart.

Sherbet Land is one of the more memorable courses in the game for me, mostly because of this music.
