Mostly because I agree with the Nostalgia Critic on their voices, but also because they were incompetent. Then again, Robotnik was also incompetent in that cartoon show...

Lord Zedd's Putty Patrol. They had strength in numbers and more difficult to take down than the ones that Rita had...unless you hit them directly in the chest...where the big "Z" is...and then they went down in just one shot. :/ Could have used some more planning on that one, Zeddy boy.
