You don't have to be "good at drawing". The site is for all sorts of things- I post a lot of poetry and things I have written. Photographs I have taken. There is a scraps section where you can post things that were works in progress, or doodles, ect. There are contests all the time.
You can view other people's art, share ideas, get inspired. There are also tons of tutorials to learn to improve your techniques in just about any art form.
The site is designed for artists of any caliber. That's what I like about it.

There used to be one that Telegraph made *looks a few posts upward*, but he deleted it. Dunno why, but I think it's because there wasn't a lot of activity going on it in. ^^;
