FFXI Fanmade Novelization

Final Fantasy XI, as you may already know, is not the most accessible game in the series, especially for people who:
1) Don't have a computer.
2) Are stuck with a measly PS2 Slim.
3) Are broke ALL THE F###ING TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Miyabi Hasegawa is a Japanese author who worked on a novel series dedicated to FFXI........until FFXIV came around. To top it off, these books only exist in Japanese, French, and German. There has been no fanmade attempt to translate the books, from what I know, but it sounds like it's because the books are really drug out and overdone, essentially making them a boring read. I could make my own novelization series, but given my busy schedule, all I'll be doing is copy/pasting mission transcripts with some added dialogue, and various chapters could take a long time to post. If the idea's appealing enough to you, or even if it doesn't, make a reply or three.
