I seriously doubt they killed off a main character in a trailer.
Square wouldn't be stupid enough to do something like that... They wouldn't show a dead character in the top left hand corner of the back of the case...

I don't want to see any more trailers. Too many more, and no one will want to play the game because people will have already pieced the game together and figured out what happens. It is just like all the different trailers you see for the same movie, and then you see different clips of said movie when the stars go on daytime and late night talk shows.

What if he died and then Serah had to go back in time and fix it, if this is the case then I am pretty angry at Square for revealing that! >.<
Can't imagine he actually dies. Or at least won't remain dead. I mean it would be pretty lame of them to show it in a trailer if he does. Then again even if he doesn't die it still seems too spoilerish to be shown in a trailer...what is wrong with them? :<
Agreed. They wouldn't compromise the story by showing Noel supposedly 'dying'. If anything, i'm probably more inclined to believe that he is from either the future or an alternate timeline (where most people assume Lightning has gone).Originally Posted by Gummy

Hehe, I feel so much better now that you said that. I always felt kinda daft for thinking the same thing. I'm glad I'm not the only one. ^^;
But, yeah...even if he did die, there's bound to be another in a different time-line that will just pop-up and replace him...I'm really not into time travel plots. :|
Noel won't die that's for sure. He's probably going to be revived or has some strange power that doesn't let him be killed or something like that.
