A: I think there are only 3 or 4 available in the game. One is located in the Tesseracts (in Orphan's Cradle). The others can be obtained by leveling up the Doctor's Codes found in the game to max and then dismantaling them to obtain the elixer.

A: Bandersnatch & Jabberwoky
Q: How much total cp does it take to fully max out every character?
A. It winds up costing all the characters 7,200,000 cp to max out the abilities of each person. Don't ever ask questions like that again, the math made my head hurt:lol:.
