Just wondering do you bother chatting to all the people in the streets? I always find it hard not too and even talk to them all again after certain situations. A good few hours of my game have been from doing just this.
Also what weird things have you noticed about them? I'v noticed they sit in weird random places and sometimes have odd animations lol.

i do atleast the first time around because someone took the time and effort to write dialogue for those characters.

I love talking to the NPC's that exist in Ivalice. Most of them are generally helpful and provide little tips and hints, but some of them just have some great dialogue. One of my favourite places to chat are in the Clan Hall - every time i ascended a Clan Rank i would come back to see if the Centurio members had anything new to say to me.
