Your first game over

It seems I'm just another plonker here who tried and failed (miserably) to kill Saurian at early stage of the game. I actually avoided him for some time since he wasn't a threat, until I got cocky thinking that no one can beat my three lvl. 10 characters =).

Besides Saurian I've also fallen couple of times fighting the Elder Wyrm, can't say I had any Game Overs later on.

My first game over was in the Dalmasca Estersand. I got the idea I could take on that dinosaur thing after gaining a few levels. I hit him once and he hit me back dealing 1000 something hp killing me off. I learned not to be that careless from that experience.

I believe mine was in estersand. That damn T-rex got a hold of me, and I got a game over screen XD...
I hate monsters that are placed early in the game, that have 20+ levels over each member of your party XD

My first Game Over is Pyralaster xD saved at every saved point and uber-leveled until Bhujerba. I was around level 16

My first game over was against the Elder Wyrm, as I recall. I decided not to get stepped on by the dinosaur. Surprisingly.

My first game over was when I was hunting Thextera in the Dalmasca Westersand. I was on my first playthrough and was thinking, "Oh, it's just my second hunt, it will be a piece of cake to kill that little dog!" Little did I know that the "little dog" was bigger than Vaan was, and all I had was my Smallsword. I didn't have Cure, and I didn't think to stock up on Potions. I was expecting something on the level of the wolves from the Estersand. I died several times that day.

I didn't take on the Saurian dinosaur until I was out of the prison, after saving Basch and killing the Spider Queen thing. I still lost to it. But I was a little more experienced than when most people go up against it for the first time. I did kill it eventually.

In the dalmasca that dinosaur thingy i thought everthing there was weak so i just went to attack in for good exp it Killed me in one shot, i was lvl 2

dont know why but ive never experienced a game over in ffxii. not even when i first face vayne at lvl30.

I'm pretty sure my first game over was against that damn T-Rex monster in the Westersand (or Estersand? I forget) early on in the game. I didn't guess that they'd put such a strong enemy so early on.

I was trying my best not to wake too many skeletons, and avoided all the bombs...when that freaking Ishteen decides to Spawn, and I just..wasn't up to it. I fled back the way I came, with an army of skeletons and bombs at my heels...(Looked quite intimidating in the mini map.) I got out of the area with only two characters still alive, but of course Ishteen for some reason is able to spawn in that area too, so he killed me off in the end.

At least you're never bored in Ivalice.

My first and only game over was the Cuchellein, I cant remember his name, but the Esper in the Garasmythe Waterway. I was a low level and wasn't prepared at all, nor was I expecting in and I got slapped around like a little bitch without the option of running away, I was extremely frazzled about this.

Like many others,my first game over was in the Eastersand.I was a pretty low level and I saw that dinosaur thing and thought,"Hey I can take it." But I didn't know the dinosaur would be 10 or 20 levels above me and it wiped me out.I believe I learned my lesson that day,never judge anything

This seems like it's a popular trend, I was killed in the Estersand by the T-rex. Severely underestimated it, and I was trying to show off.

Wild Saurian in the Dalmasca Estersand. I was Level 2. The worst part was i was playing it at an EB Games store and everyone saw me fail. So embarrassing.
