Square Enix released three new videos today. While part of the focus is on showing off the game running with the HD updates and remastering, the other half of the videos is giving a sample of the music. Each has been remixed for the HD release of the games. Providing some memorable scenes to accompany them.

Yeah, it's been a while since I've played the game, but the samples did sound quite a bit different. I could be mistaking it for another song, but I thought the third one sounded like one of Paine's theme songs remixed. But considering if the game sounds this much different playing through it is going to be definitely worth another run just to hear them all again. Though I've played it so many times already on the PS2.

The third song is besaid island, which also sounds different to the original. I suppose having new renditions of tracks will make the game even more refreshing. I have pre-ordered the special edition but I really want to get the vita versions. Theres just something about portability that is incredibly appealing to me.
I guess it has been a while if it is a Besaid theme. I'll be getting the PS3 version just because I want to play it on my TV, but the portability is certain appealing. Being able to play it while I'm at work would be very nice.
