Need help

Ok one thing i just realized and need to make sure:
When i collect loot i shouldn't sell it right away?
For example i was making Arcturus through bazaar but i didnt sell the loot all together AND i didnt get the gun.
So all the loot i've sold didnt have any meaning? i have to find it all again? (perhaps something i cant find again).

Looked all over walkthroughs and dont find anything.
Good explanation would be awesome

Also what does Vitality do?

Vitality in FF XII is used to measure a character's resistance to negative status effects. It also is used to measure how long status effects last on a character. The more Vitality you have on a character/s, the less time a negative status effect will stay on said character/s. Vitality also helps with beneficial status effects, making them last longer for your characters the higher the Vitality.

As for the question about the Bazaar: The game is supposed to keep track of the items you sell, so I would have thought that it wouldn't matter when you sold off your loot, but I did find this little bit of info that might be helpful:

While the items can be sold whenever, when any item comes available at the Bazaar using a certain ingredient, the number of said items in stock drops to zero. Therefore, if there are two items that both use, say, two Bone Fragments to make, and the player has sold six Bone Fragments to the Bazaar when one of the items becomes available, the number of Bone Fragments in the Bazaar's 'memory' drops to zero, meaning the player will need to farm more Bone Fragments for the second item requiring that ingredient.

Pretty sure that helps, thx alot.

It's just that Arcturus takes 2 fish fins,2 wyvern wings and 1 salamand halcyon and i had them all. First i sold the fish fins and wyvern wings, and nothing. So i went straight to find the salamand thingy and sold that one few minutes later and nothing.
So i dont understand how that would work, since i didn't get anything else from the bazaar either.

Edit: Not only that, now i just did it again and sold everything at the same time but didnt get it
Never gotten that gun before so this doesnt make sense to me..

i meant that sry, that's what i had.
Didnt use any fish fins

So i still need an answer.
Basically i used 2 yensa fins, 2 wyvern wings and a Salamand Halcyon (all at once), and it didnt work.
After even doing it before (not all at once).
So failed twice for some reason..

yeah all of them, i got so much bazaar items after that, that even though i got a lot of loot from selling i still ran out of gil
