I always thought that the random laughing part with Yuna and Tidus was really funny, the laughing seemed so unnatural and out of place..and at times unnecessarily loud..and then they replay parts of it later as an endearing moment..this always made me laugh.

funniest moments are running away from battle and aeon summoning with a fainted character they run back and fall down lol good times
Mine is an odd one but, I always found the fact that in the beggining of the game sin attacking, your running and auron hands you a sword, combat experiance somhow your beating enemies, also auron seems to be not much more powerful then the tidus noob,at least in ff7 sephiroth was level 50.
Ah yes, I keep forgetting with Tidus getting the blitzball to the back of the head when he woke up in Spira out of nowhere. That was funny

Some of Tidus' battle lines were really funny. His delivery there was better than in the cutscenes.

Wakka was hilarious too.

And I laughed at the "laughing" scene the first time I saw it, now I just cringe.
Tidus' face when they're on the boat and Yuna says "The wind. It's nice." I always laugh at that. And Macarena Temple by Tidus, and Auron and Wakka's conversations, and Tidus in general
