The answer was Break Damage Limit and Triple Overdrive.
But to answer your question to obtain the Mars Sigil, a lot of traveling is required. The player must capture every monster in Mi'hen highroad, Mt. Gagazet, Calm Lands, Thunder Plains, and Bikanel. After doing this, the player must speak with the owner of the Monster Arena to obtain the Sigil.

go to the nw of the calm lands you will find a guard he will leave his post everytime you win a catcher chocobo race examine the glyph with the celestial mirror in hand you will recieve the caldabolg
you also need the sun crest and sun sigil to get these you must
crest is down the stairs in the area atfer you defeat yunalesca
sigil get a time of 0.00 in catcher chocobo
then go to the area in macalania where you can power up the celestial mirror
caldabolg has
break damage limit
triple overdrive
evade and counter
magic counter
celestial mirror
recieve the cloudy mirror from the race in remiem temple then convert it in macalania to the celestial mirror
