Nemesis on the other hand, his ultimate move does 99.999 on everyone.
No Penance is the one that can hit for 99,999 on everyone I thought.
Penance ultimate attack is called the Judgment Day and it can inflict 99 999 HP and 9999 MP on all party members. Obliteration's something she/he uses when you fight her/his first stage, with protect the amount of damage is not noticeable but the slow can be tricky.
