They haven't given an official release date yet, but apparently FFX is 80% complete whilst FFX-2 is 65% complete. It's slated to be released before the end of the year, though.

Well, maybe there is hope it will be released sooner!
If they make it... they will come.
Was realy hoping they would have the FFX HD done early this year but noooooo. They had to throw in X-2 which I wasn't really thrilled with. I assume that either someone felt it was appropriate to bundle the sequel together or they thought the sequel would never sell on its own.
