Oddest-looking character in FF IX

I thought Regent Cid Probably looked the oldest out of FFIX But that is just my opionon i did also find the twin clowns pretty weird...

Regent Cid was pretty old, I'm surprised no one said steiner, granted he couldn't of be old old to run around in that suit, but he seemed to be an old fool, I hated the character at the beginning but then he became my 2nd tank behind Zidane, but yeah Regent Cid, sweet mustache so I'm gonna go with him
