A: One of your party needs to go east from Sphinxaur, you'll eventually enter in room with a bell that has a pull-rope and a party switch point on the next screen. Pull the rope and the bell will start ringing, switch to the other party via switch point and go to the room located next to the fountain and you'll encounter the almighty Omega Weapon.

One is found by the suit of armor.
Another is found by the white flowers next to the flower shop.
You get another piece if you kick the chocobo that crosses the road in the part of the town that has the Chocobo Crossing sign.
Last one is found in the pub after "speaking" with Raine's ghost. After the ghost turns into a cat and you examine it, the final peice is revealed.
