A: Garnet doesn't have a horn because when the real princess Garnet died from sickness, they found her in a floating boat with a dead woman, her mother, and since she looked exactly like the real princess Garnet, they took her in to be the new one. However, she had a horn, so the king ordered them to remove it.

What Ability/s can the girls of the game not learn
My things:
I'm going to answer this the best way I can since some girls can't learn abilities other girls learn. I'm not going to list special abilities only that one person can learn like Guardian Mog or High Jump.
HP 10%, HP 20%, Protect Girls.
This is all I can think of, since Freya shares abilities with Steiner and both Garnet and Eiko have different ones like Chemist for Garnet and MP10% for Eiko.
Q: When is the first time you are able to choose who you want to be in your party.
Is it after seeing Lindblum destroyed.
