Yup, and it also lets Dagger's Odin Summon use its Sword attack to damage instead of instant K.O's.
A. Aside from the abilites, it lets your character absorb Lightning Elemental Attacks, like Thunder.

@Phantom: The White Robe teaches Loudmouth, Auto-Potion, and Holy. The black robe teaches MP(10 or 20% I think), Flare, and Reflect. And the light robe teaches Half MP, Auto-Regen, and Full-Life.

Hmm...another one I can think of is the Ninja Gear I believe. But apart from that, I think you got them all.
A. Power Belt can teach you MP Attack, Counter, and Fira and the Black Belt can teach you Demi, Beast Killer, and HP+(10 I think.)
