A: It's at the same place as the scorpio if i remember correctly, in the Qu's cave near Treno. Don't know what's described on it though :P
^ You find out her name when you go back to the Eidolon Wall in Madain Sari on disk four. If you search around, there's a message on the wall from Garnet's/Dagger's father to his daughter and wife.
As for what's on the coin, the message is this:
